1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the xx998 website, mobile site, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the xx998 Platform from time to time.

xx998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.5 Account Currency

All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. xx998 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that raises reasonable grounds for suspicion of money laundering or fraud in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xx998 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotion, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your xx998 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

5.5 Promotional Changes

xx998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash value outside the xx998 Platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By using the xx998 sportsbook, casino, or any other gaming product, you agree to comply with the specific rules governing each product category. The following general rules apply across all xx998 gaming verticals.

6.1 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

All bets placed on the xx998 sportsbook are final once confirmed. xx998 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or force majeure. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, ICC, BCCI). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the xx998 system.

6.2 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx998 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one player account on the xx998 Platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account relationship.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the xx998 Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or payment systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the xx998 Platform to launder money.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by xx998.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening xx998 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other method intended to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your xx998 account by any third party, including family members.

xx998 employs sophisticated fraud-detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any account found to be associated with prohibited conduct will be investigated and actioned in accordance with these Terms. xx998's determinations regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by xx998

xx998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the required identity or age verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at xx998's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at xx998's commercial discretion — any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your xx998 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting xx998 support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has expired. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. xx998 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee against dormant account balances after notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon verified request at any time.

8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of fair play and international online gaming best practice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the decision of xx998 is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law. 8.6 Limitation of Liability

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the xx998 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xx998 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
